A Silver pendant necklace of equestrian interest. The central medallion features a relief design of a horse and rider in jumping attire clearing a triple-bar jump, bordered by a decorative engine-turned rim with diagonal hatching. The scene is rendered in low relief with a textured background. The pendant is suspended via a tapered bail from a fine box-link chain, which terminates in a standard spring ring clasp. Small, indistinct indentations are visible on the bail and jump rings but do not form a legible mark or hallmark. The piece exhibits a dark patina and surface oxidation characteristic of sterling silver? construction throughout both the medallion and the chain.
