A sterling silver and enamel nursing badge for Oulton Hall Hospitals. The circular piece features a vibrant red enamel border containing the white text OULTON HALL HOSPITALS. At the centre is a silver shield depicting a pelican in her piety, surrounded by a stylised flower motif in yellow and silver enamel. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin and a barrel safety catch. The back is struck with a series of four rectangular punches containing the letters T, S, L, and d, alongside Birmingham assay marks including an anchor, a lion passant, and a lowercase date letter q. The item is accompanied by a small plastic storage case with a red base and clear lid.
