The unit is constructed with a central vertical column of faceted rectangular section, designed to rotate upon a substantial weighted circular base. The underside of the base is equipped with four black rubber suction feet for stability. Four height-adjustable mounting brackets are secured to the central column, each holding a clear plastic spirit measure with a white metal effect collar. Each optic measure is fitted with a standard three-prong dispensing valve and a black ribbed rubber seal for bottle insertion. A small rectangular yellow adhesive label is affixed to the upper section of one mounting bracket, though the printed characters are not legible.
