This lot comprises two matched pairs of silver drop earrings. The first pair is crafted from sterling silver, each featuring a central oval cabochon green gemstone, possibly green chalcedony or chrysoprase, held in a bezel setting. The ornate sculptural settings are decorated with teardrop-shaped motifs and beaded accents in an artisan style. These earrings are suspended from French hook ear wires which are stamped with the mark 925. The second pair consists of long silver drop earrings in a style attributed to Omani traditional jewellery. Each earring features a long, tapered conical body connected to a spherical terminal via a decorative band of scrolling wirework. The spheres are finished with a small granulated detail at the base. These are suspended from French hook ear wires with coiled wire ornamentation. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are visible on the second pair.
