Philatelic Numismatic Cover (PNC) produced by Mercury, Watford, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the first moon landing. The cover features two United States stamps: a 10c First Man on the Moon airmail issue (Scott #C76) and a 29c First Moon Landing commemorative (Scott #2841). Both stamps are cancelled with a Washington, DC circular date stamp dated 20 July 1994, featuring First Day of Issue bar cancels. The cachet includes a multi-coloured illustration and an embedded gold-toned five-dollar commemorative medallion. The medallion is inscribed First Men on the Moon 1969-1994 and Five Dollars. The envelope bears the printed reference M 3816 and the distributor mark Mercury : PO Box 5 : Watford.
