A collection of commemorative medals struck in bronze-toned metal, mounted on a white display card titled SHUTTLE FINAL FLIGHTS. The medals commemorate significant and final missions of the NASA Space Shuttle programme. The obverses feature mission emblems in relief, including STS-107 Columbia (January 16, 2003), STS-135 Atlantis (July 8, 2011), STS-134 Endeavour (May 16, 2011), 51-L Challenger (January 28, 1986) inscribed FIRST IN FLIGHT TRAGEDY, and STS-133 Discovery (February 24, 2011). The Challenger and Discovery medals include inscribed crew surnames. The reverses are obscured by the mounting card.
