A set of commemorative medals from the Apollo Series, presented in a clear plastic display case with a blue textured insert. The collection commemorates NASA missions from Apollo 7 through Apollo 17. Each medal is struck in a gold-coloured bronze metal. The obverse of each piece features mission-specific crew emblems, including astronaut names and launch dates. The reverse of the medals features a uniform design depicting a Saturn V rocket launch, the NASA logo, and the inscription PROJECT APOLLO. The characters P and A are struck at the base of the rocket plume. The set is accompanied by a descriptive card on the reverse of the case detailing mission parameters and crew members.
