A set of glazed earthenware miniature tea service items and associated plastic cutlery. The ceramic service comprises a lidded teapot, a lidded sugar bowl, a cream jug, five teacups, and ten assorted saucers and plates. The set features hand-painted decoration consisting of blue floral sprigs with yellow centres on a cream-coloured ground. The rims are finished with a scalloped, light blue painted border. Accompanying the ceramic items is a set of cream-coloured plastic toy cutlery, including knives, forks, and spoons, contained within a blue plastic organiser tray. No maker’s marks or factory stamps are visible on the pieces. The style and construction are consistent with mid-20th century British or European toy manufacture.
