This collection of nine decorative figures includes a variety of materials and subjects. The lot features several hand-painted bisque porcelain figurines depicting genre scenes, including a mother and child seated in an ornate floral chair with raised white beadwork decoration in the moriage style, a girl with a cow, and a seated boy in historical dress resembling the Blue Boy. Also included are two figurines of children in carts, a figure of a child under colourful umbrellas, and a white glazed porcelain or parian model of two birds. The collection is further composed of two larger figures: a dynamic fairy with outstretched wings featuring a verdigris-effect finish and a classical draped female figure with a bronze-toned finish. A gold-toned script inscription is present on the base of the seated boy figurine, though it is not clearly legible.
