A high-relief, three-dimensional wall plaque manufactured by Naturecraft Ltd. of Congleton, Cheshire. The piece, titled Crown Tavern (Ref No 630), is constructed from moulded and hand-painted resin or stone conglomerate. The scene depicts a detailed 18th or 19th-century tavern exterior featuring half-timbered architecture and a cobblestone street. The composition includes several figures in period dress: a man seated on a bench with a tankard, a group of three men conversing near the entrance, and a female figure walking in the background beneath an overhanging tree. The reverse features cast-in marks including the Naturecraft name within a banner, Est 1931, the title Crown Tavern, All Des. Reg ©, and Ref No 630. A rectangular grid containing various characters such as C, F, P, M, L, and JP is also present. The plaque includes an integrated metal hanging wire.
