A pair of glazed porcelain figurines produced by Krister Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM) of Waldenburg, Germany. The figures depict a gallant and a lady in 18th-century style courtly dress. Both figures are decorated in a monochrome blue and white palette featuring hand-painted floral sprays and overglaze gilt accents. The lady is shown wearing a tiered gown with a ruffled collar and a small hat, holding a fan in her right hand. The gentleman is depicted in a long coat, waistcoat, and breeches, carrying a tricorn hat under his left arm. Both figures stand on scroll-moulded rocaille bases decorated with applied porcelain flowers. The base of the figurines features a blue underglaze mark consisting of a crown symbol above the vertical letters KPM.
