A collection of three cold-cast porcelain figurines produced by the Florence Sculture d’Arte studio and designed by Giuseppe Armani. The lot includes a ballerina from the Magic Memories series, first issued circa 1986, depicted in a dynamic pose with a multi-layered ruffled tutu and a flowing veil. The second figure depicts a young girl in a hooded First Communion gown with lace-effect detailing, holding a prayer book. The third figure is a young boy in a long robe with hands joined in prayer, featuring soft peach-toned accents on the sleeves. Each figure is finished in a characteristic matte bisque style and is mounted upon a square, polished dark-wood effect base. The ceramic bases feature the incised signature of G. Armani alongside the blue Capodimonte-style factory mark consisting of a crown over an underlined N. Each wooden base is fitted with a metal nameplate reading G. Armani.
Tallest height: 10 inches.
