This lot comprises two clocks and several decorative objects. The first is a Napoleon hat style mantel clock featuring a polished mahogany-effect wooden case with a stepped base. The dial is designed with a silvered chapter ring, applied gold-toned Arabic numerals, and a wood-inlaid centre with ornate openwork hands behind a glass bezel. The absence of winding holes indicates a quartz movement. The second clock is a mechanical torsion or anniversary clock marked President on the dial. It features a rotating four-sphere pendulum and a gold-toned dial with Roman numerals, all housed within a brass-toned metal frame and a clear glass dome. Decorative items include a carved figure of a crocodile made from a dense off-white natural substance with detailed scale textures. Also included are a pair of hexagonal metal-framed lanterns with blue pressed glass panels and a white ceramic lidded pomander with a green transfer-printed floral design.
