A Breitling Tabarly quartz wristwatch, reference number 80770. This model was designed in collaboration with the yachtsman Éric Tabarly. The timepiece features a gold-plated stainless steel case with a blue dial. The dial is inscribed Breitling Geneve at the nine o’clock position and Tabarly in script on the right side. It is set with gold-tone luminescent hour markers, a date aperture at the three o’clock position, and a red anchor-tipped seconds hand. The dial is further marked Quartz and T Swiss Made T. The watch is fitted with a rotating compass bezel marked with degrees and cardinal directions. It is presented on an integrated gold-plated bracelet with a folding clasp bearing the Breitling logo. The stainless steel case back is engraved with the reference number 80770 and the text Waterresistant – All Swiss Made – Steel – Designed and Tested with Eric Tabarly. The lot includes a Breitling International Warranty Conditions and Maintenance booklet and a yellow Breitling hangtag.
