This lot features a black-painted metal deeds box and a framed print. The box is constructed with a hinged lid, two side-carrying handles, and a front latch, accompanied by a small metal key. The interior rim is embossed with the marks Victor Series and Made in England. Two paper labels are attached to the side, noting the property of George A. Edington and others of Doncaster, UK. The interior of the box is finished in grey paint. The framed print depicts a youth resting on a grassy embankment and bears the signature F. Lenbach in the lower-right corner.
