A set of hand-painted pottery figurines depicting golly musicians, produced as promotional merchandise for the British preserve manufacturer James Robertson and Sons. The collection includes figures playing various instruments, including a saxophone, a double bass, a guitar, and a trumpet. Each figure is decorated in a uniform consisting of a blue jacket, yellow waistcoat, red trousers, and black shoes. The figures are mounted on black rectangular bases. Each base features the name ROBERTSON printed in gold-toned uppercase lettering on the side. Two of the figures retain gold-coloured circular stickers on the underside which read HAND PAINTED POTTERY.
