A 70cl ceramic bell-shaped decanter of Bell’s Extra Special Old Scotch Whisky, produced for Christmas 1997 by Arthur Bell & Sons. The decanter features a cream-coloured body with gold-toned banding and a deep burgundy neck. The central gold band is printed with the name BELLS, with EXTRA SPECIAL above and CHRISTMAS 1997 on the base rim interspersed with holly leaf motifs. Additional printed text on the body includes OLD SCOTCH WHISKY, 40% vol, Arthur Bell & Sons, and 70 cl e. The item is accompanied by its original cardboard informational tag detailing the Linkwood and Inchgower distilleries, and its original cardboard presentation box which specifies the whisky is aged 8 years. The decanter remains sealed with a gold-toned cap and red cord.
