A three-piece garden bench of composite stone construction, in the style of 20th-century English garden ornaments. The bench comprises a rectangular slab seat with a bullnose edge, supported by two figural pedestals. Each support is modelled as a seated squirrel, resting upon a rectangular plinth base. The front face of each plinth features a raised decorative foliate motif. The supports retain a dark painted finish. The design is attributed to Athens Stonecasting.
