An RS Prussia porcelain celery dish of elongated boat-shaped form. The piece features elaborate pierced scrolled handles and foliate accents highlighted with gold-tone gilding. The central panel is decorated with a polychrome floral motif depicting pink roses, violets, and white blossoms arranged in a basket and adorned with pink ribbons. The cream-toned glaze is finished with a hand-painted gold number 779 on the underside.
