A collection of antique and vintage grooming tools and vanity accessories. The group includes a hand mirror and hair brushes featuring embossed silver-plated backings decorated with floral motifs and central monograms. Accompanying these is a cut-glass vanity tray holding two small glass jars with metal lids, a nail buffer, and a small metal grooming tool. The set also includes several wooden-backed clothes brushes with dark bristles. One wooden brush is stamped with G.W.S. MAKE 400 PURE BRISTLES and another is marked WARRANTED PURE BRISTLES. The metal components exhibit Art Nouveau stylistic influences in their decorative embossing.
