The figurine depicts a standing World War II-era soldier of The South Staffordshire Regiment, wearing uniform and soft cap, and holding a weapon. The detailed figure is mounted upon a textured metal platform secured to a dark, rectangular wooden plinth. A metal plaque affixed to the front of the base is inscribed The South Staffordshire Regiment Arnhem 1944.
