Another Great Auction 20th November
A contemporary glass bottle of Matugga Spiced Masala Chai Rum Spirit Drink, sealed with a wooden cork stopper. The bottle contains a dark amber liquid and appears full and unopened. The labels are in excellent condition, featuring a red main label with a black and gold geometric tribal-inspired pattern. Text on the main label includes “SCOTTISH CRAFT”, “AFRICAN SOUL”, “MATUGGA SPICED”, “MASALA CHAI RUM SPIRIT DRINK”, “70 cl”, “42% Vol”, and “PRODUCT OF SCOTLAND”. The reverse label provides bottling information from Matugga Distilleries Ltd. in Scotland, includes a QR code, a barcode, a ‘FOR THE UK MARKET’ sticker, and the Swahili phrase “Pole Pole Ndio Mwendo”, translated as “Slow, slow is the way to go”.
