Another Great Auction 20th November
This lot comprises a large quantity of assorted clear, heavy-cut glass tableware, consistent with lead crystal, housed within a green plastic crate. The collection includes various drinking glasses such as stemmed wine or champagne glasses, tumblers, and old-fashioned style glasses, alongside at least two decanters, one complete with its faceted stopper. Each piece features deeply cut geometric patterns including diamond cuts, starbursts, vertical fluting, and fan motifs, suggesting a traditional or classic style typical of 20th-century crystalware. A white sticker marked ‘4177’ is visible on the interior of the crate, but no manufacturer’s marks are apparent on the glassware itself.
