Another Great Auction 20th November
A clear glass bottle of Salcombe Gin Exceptional Dry Rosé Gin, containing a pale rosé pink spirit. The bottle is sealed with a cork stopper, topped by a gold-toned capsule featuring a tree motif, with “SALCOMBE” printed on the cork. It is accompanied by its original pale pink cardboard box. Both the bottle and box labels identify the product as “DISTILLED AND CRAFTED IN SOUTH DEVON. PRODUCT OF ENGLAND,” with the bottle specifically marked “41.4% vol.” and “70cl.” The bottle’s label also displays “IWSC SPIRITS AWARDS 2017 DOUBLE GOLD” and “GREAT TASTE 2018” medallions. Extensive descriptive text, including “SMALL BATCH,” is visible on both components, indicating a contemporary, commercial style.
