A pair of Deco 79 Polystone People Handmade Decorative Sculpture Tall African Women Home Decor Statues with Carved Dresswear. Rendered in a contemporary, ethnic-inspired aesthetic, both figures feature a dark, matte-finished skin tone, contrasting with textured, floor-length garments and headwear that exhibit a coppery-bronze and reddish-brown patina. The dresses are embellished with raised, relief patterns including spiral motifs and zigzag lines, highlighted with a brighter, yellowish-gold metallic paint. One figure is posed with hands clasped in front, wearing a close-fitting cap, while the other stands with one arm raised behind her head and the other on her hip, adorned with a head wrap. The material is a cast composite, consistent with polystone. No visible manufacturer’s marks or inscriptions are discernible.
