A collection of approximately two dozen vintage fishing rods or rod sections, primarily crafted from bamboo or various types of wood. These items feature metal ferrules and line guides secured with thread wrappings. The rods display a range of finishes, including natural varnished bamboo and wood tones, some with darker stained or painted sections in black and reddish-brown. Several pieces exhibit cork handles. The collection appears to be from a mid-20th century or earlier period, lacking modern composite materials.
