Another Great Auction 20th November
A pair of Murano glass faceted ashtrays, attributed to Flavio Poli. Each item features a deep, square-shaped central well, crafted from cased glass. The clear or amber-toned outer layer forms an octagonal, geometrically faceted exterior, encasing an interior well. One example is in vibrant cobalt blue, and the other in a smoky grey-olive hue. The overall form and aesthetic are consistent with Mid-Century Modern design. No visible text or manufacturer’s markings are discernible.
