A collection of ten Coalport Fine Bone China Limited Edition RAF War Plane Collector Plates, designed by Michael Turner, many from ‘The Reach for the Sky Collection’. Each plate is presented in its original box with styrofoam inserts and protective plastic sleeves. The plates depict various historical military aircraft, including propeller-driven planes, bombers, biplanes, and some early jet-era aircraft, rendered in illustrative, realistic settings. Accompanying leaflets, including one titled ‘Out on Exercise’ and referencing ‘Battle of Britain’s 50th anniversary,’ suggest a production period around 1990 for at least part of the collection. One plate is noted with a ‘ROYAL WORCESTER’ printed protective plastic sleeve. Also included is a single glazed ceramic hen-on-nest lidded dish, featuring brown, white, and yellow coloration with a chick detail.
