A Royal Doulton bone china figurine titled Diana, model number HN.2468, designed by Peggy Davies. The piece depicts a standing woman in a white gown with a pale green bodice and ruffled sleeves, holding a single pink rose in her right hand. The full white skirt is decorated with hand-painted polychrome floral sprays featuring roses, pansies, and primulas. The base bears a printed black transfer mark consisting of a lion atop a crown surrounded by the words MADE IN ENGLAND, ROYAL DOULTON, ENGLAND, and BONE CHINA. The mark continues with the text hand made and hand decorated, Royal Doulton ®, HN.2468, and DIANA. Beneath this, the words Modelled by appear above a script signature for Peggy Davies and the printed name Peggy Davis, alongside the copyright notice © 1985 ROYAL DOULTON (UK). Two hand-painted marks in red glaze are also present, comprising the initials RP and the number 1. The figurine is accompanied by its original dark blue Royal Doulton branded box.
