The base bears a printed green factory mark featuring a lion surmounting a crown above a circular emblem, inscribed MADE IN ENGLAND, ROYAL DOULTON, BONE CHINA, and ENGLAND. The underside is further printed with the marks Royal Doulton(R), HN 3646, CLAIRE, Modelled by Nada M. Pedley, (C) 1994 ROYAL DOULTON, hand decorated, and Hand made and. An additional hand-painted mark in blue ink reads KN. The figurine is accompanied by an original Royal Doulton branded box.
