A Royal Doulton bone china figurine titled Happy Birthday. The piece is modelled as a standing female figure wearing a voluminous, pale green romantic-style gown with pink-tinted white lace-effect detailing to the front and hem. She is depicted holding a large bouquet of pink roses and a single rosebud. Her hair is gathered in a bun and tied with a green bow. The base is marked with a black printed lion over crown crest encircled by the words MADE IN ENGLAND, ROYAL DOULTON, ENGLAND, and BONE CHINA. It is further inscribed hand made and hand decorated, Royal Doulton®, HN 3660, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. The designer is credited as Modelled by followed by the signature Nada M. Pedley, alongside the copyright mark © 1994 ROYAL DOULTON. Hand-painted decorator’s marks DC and 57 are also present.
