Sold for: £50
A Banker’s? style table lamp of traditional design, featuring a rectangular cased-glass shade with a dark green exterior and a white interior. The lamp is constructed with a weighted, circular stepped base supported by three small decorative feet, leading to an ornately turned decorative stem and a curved supporting arm. The metal components exhibit a gilt metal effect with an aged, antiqued finish. The glass shade is mounted on a pivoting mechanism secured with threaded metal knobs, allowing for adjustable light direction. The lamp is fitted with a black plastic bulb holder and a modern brown plastic-coated power cord, featuring an integrated inline rocker switch and a white UK three-pin plug. A small frosted incandescent bulb is currently fitted. This item is sold as an auction lot and has not been professionally PAT tested; it should be checked by a qualified electrician before use.
